The 2019 Golden Globes were last night. Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg co-hosted, and took jabs at both the Oscars and Lady Gaga during their opening monologue. They opened the show with Samberg explaining, “We’re the only two people in Hollywood who haven’t gotten in trouble for saying something offensive.” They roasted Lady Gaga for repeatedly saying the same “100 people in a room” statement during her A Star Is Born press tour. “It just proves–and I’m just coming up with this now–that there can be 100 people in a room, and 99 don’t believe in you, and you just need one to believe in you,” Oh joked. “And that was Bradley Cooper.” Gaga interrupted Oh to shout, “It’s true!” and Samberg continued the joke by paraphrasing Oh’s story. *Photo from E!News
