R Kelly might be hit with new charges for failing to pay child support to his ex-wife Drea Kelly. There is an investigation into the more than $160,000 Kelly owes. In Illinois, any amount owed that’s over $20,000 can be filed as a felony. Kelly was released on bail this week, and his first stop was McDonald’s. He ordered a “quarter pounder meal with BBQ sauce on the side,” with pop and coffee.
